  This is absolutely a lighthouse. It is also situated near the ocean, which is also very beautiful. If you are looking for either of these two things this is would be the place to come see both of them. As it is situated between the ocean it can get very windy so is recommended to bring warm clothes if you're visiting during the winter months

  A lighthouse, cafe & small museum - all were closed today due to lack of electricity. If they'd had a small wind turbine they would have been able to generate plenty of power today as the wind was incredible! Beautiful scenery & lots of balancing rock art. There is a 30min circular walk around the site with interpretation boards describing the geology, fossils, flora and fauna to be found. Worth a trip just for the views. Plenty of beaches and lagoons in the area too.

  We always enjoy a short visit to here. It's a great place to drive to as there is ample parking or sometimes we park up at the beach at El Cotillo and walk to the lighthouse. The coast is rugged around the lighthouse but there is a glass screened seating area where you can sit with some protection. It's worth a walk around to see the rock sculptures that visitors have made. Toilets are available when the small museum and cafe are open ( not Sunday or Monday). Worth a quick visit.

  Lovely views, you can see for miles, also contains lots of information boards about the local area.

  To be honest this is just a lighthouse. A great big tall round building painted in red and white stripes making it visible from a long way off. It appears to fulfill its role admirably as it is still in existence. The location is good as it is out on a promonotory so sea on both sides.
