  As a tenant, Caroline and Martin were extremely helpful when I was looking for a property and the care and interest they took afterwards was second to none.   October 2017, just completed on an apartment purchase in Corralejo through Bliss. The apartment owner has made the purchase deliberately difficult and longwinded but Martin and Caroline have been on hand and very helpful to speed things up. Response time to emails in particular has been excellent and I will have no hesitation in using them again when my boat comes in and I can afford my dream villa in La Oliva. No hesitation in recommending Bliss to anyone as an estate agent or presumably for any of their other services. Simon & Gill Essex-Crosby UK (for now...)

  Caroline & Martin have managed the rental of our apartment for the past 5 years and have always been proactive & kept us informed (particularly useful as we are in the UK). They take the time to select suitable tenants and are equally proactive in ensuring their happiness; any issues which arise are communicated to us and managed swiftly. Any works which have been undertaken have been sourced & completed to the satisfaction of both parties. As a consequence, our tenants have always extended their initial contracts. Excellent service and lovely people.

  I can not say enough good stuff about Bliss Properties. Not only have they always gone above and beyond to take care of my needs, they are also warm, friendly and exceptionally knowledgable about all things real estate on the island. I live overseas, so really need to know that I can trust the agent that I work with. Martin has been awesome! I have used Bliss properties as both a buyer and a seller and the last experience was a perfect example of how Martin and Caroline work. Martin not only found the perfect property for us and our business, but also stayed patient, focused and always available for any questions etc throughout the entire process. Not only that, but his follow up and care and attention for both the seller and us the buyers, shows how much they really appreciate and look after their clients. Our new place is perfect for us and I will definitely go to Bliss Properties again in the future.
